To create a Public Dirt Road Sub-Committee assigned to prioritize the repair, reconstruction and pavement of town-owned dirt roads and appoint Councilors Maxfield and Nadeau to serve as members.

II. Basis for Council Action.
Council approval of this item is required because;
a. Section 27 of the Rules of the Windham Town Council further provides that "the Council may create such additional subcommittees of its members as it may determine necessary from time to time."
III. Issue Summary.
Membership includes two Town Councilors, the Town Manager, Town Engineer and Public Works Director.
