II. Basis for Council Action.
Council approval of this item is required because;
a) Pursuant to Article II, Section 2(C) of the Charter the Council may grant an excused absence from a regular meeting at which votes will be taken for due cause.
III. Issue Summary.
Councilor Kalogerakis was unable to attend three regular meetings due to family-related concerns.
