PB 21-056 15 Planning Board Document21-19: Chamberlain Estates First Amended Subdivision. Major Subdivision and Site Plan Sketch Plan Review. The applicant, Robie Holdings, LLC is proposing to remove three duplex buildings, shown as units 35 to 40 on the approved plan, and replace the buildings with three (3) 12-unit buildings.
